		<description><![CDATA[i agree with your closing statement.  as i head back to work in two weeks i need to strike a balance between work and doing things that keep me healthy and happy.  it is far too easy for me to spend all my time being consumed with work, that i don&#039;t use my free time to take care of myself.  it is all about balance.]]></description>

The exercise high as I mentioned in the post comes from trying quite a few things until you find one that does it for you....like anything in life lots of experimenting with hobbies, jobs, etc until you find the right one.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Meditation is such a powerful practice. It can lead to spiritual, physical and mental benefits. It is amazing how many of us simply don&#039;t meditate because we think it is weird. We should all open our minds and realize this can be one of the most beneficial things we can do for ourselves and it is completely free to do at any time!
