Goodreads Review Savage Park

Savage Park: A Meditation on Play, Space, and Risk for Americans Who Are Nervous, Distracted, and Afraid to DieSavage Park: A Meditation on Play, Space, and Risk for Americans Who Are Nervous, Distracted, and Afraid to Die by Amy Fusselman

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

My favorite parts were when Amy was at Savage Park. I grew up in a time when the playgrounds were made of metal and I do remember getting hurt or friends getting hurt but we would get over it and continue playing. So it is really interesting to see how one parent compares the American Playground vs the Japanese Playground. The book is a quick read and you really get to know each of Amy’s friends.
